What would you recommend for RMM tools for a 100 device in-house IT shop?

Hey all,

Shopping around for a new RMM. We currently use Action1 because the 100 count free, but I do feel it's somewhat lacking.

Curious what some of you would recommend for a very small IT team that manages about 65 workstations and 20 servers/devices.

Ive looked into ninjaOne but I'm scared that price tag is going to be nuts.
