I love that it has the Strickland logo on it.

Steampowered Giraffe reminds me of a friend who died a couple years back because she really loved them.
It made me itch watching this video. It's sad that the house looks like it would have been a nice grandma's house before it went downhill.

Sequels having less features than the previous game without being a complete enough experience that you could ignore it. If they got rid of a lot of shallow features to focus more in-depth on others, that's understandable.

The pillows that they made from the same material were in pillow cases and you could still feel it through them pretty easily. I doubt a sheet would help for the mattress. A mattress pad might be enough to cover the gross texture, but at that point you would have wasted money buying a gross feeling mattress when you could have bought one that didn't need a mattress pad to feel like a bed.

I went to a furniture store with a friend to pass the time before she had to pick up her boyfriend up from work, and we were looking at the mattresses since she was thinking about buying a new one. The Purple mattresses were consistently disgusting feeling. They were made out of gel material and felt like those stress balls you get out of a gumball machine. I decided to test what it's like falling into the bed and as soon as my arms touched the mattress I knew it was a mistake. It felt like nails on a chalkboard. I would never be able to sleep in one of those beds unless I was wearing long sleeves, and maybe not even then. If I had a girlfriend who had one of those beds, I'd rather fuck her on the floor or just have her come to my place exclusively. They were also selling pillows from the same company, and they were heavy and the texture was even more noticeable.

A while ago I sent my friends the covers of the Game Informer magazine that came out the month and year they were born. It was a cool thing to see. Sort like like the cooler version of a Zodiac sign, but only works if you're in your 20s or early 30s.

I don't know, man. Those squirrels are some pretty crafty thieves. You never see them coming, and then they're off to sell their prize at the black market.
No gore, but It's so sad it makes me nauseous. I think it's important to know why certain medical laws are necessary for the safety of patients.

I'm already shorter than most women I'm attracted to. What's a couple extra feet?

I wonder if they feel like the devs who would leave already did so changing their mind isn't important. I don't think they're capable of thinking in the long-term.

During the super blue moon, I went outside and howled as quietly as I could so I wouldn't get the cops called on me. It was planned in advance with my friends.

There was a NY style pizza place within walking distance of my high school, and I would sometimes just order the breadsticks because it was cheap.

A lot of the reason I've put off buying a bike is that most of the bike lanes were either nonexistent or painted ones that abruptly ended whenever there's an intersection. I personally knew a little kid who got hit riding through the neighborhood, and whoever hit him sped off. Luckily he survived, but he very easily could have died if they hit him at a higher speed. Drivers just normalize being impatient way too much nowadays (especially after the pandemic) that you can't trust people to obey things like painted lines. You need barriers, even if they're cheap temporary solutions.

The closest to it was watching Dahmer and getting to the part about the teenage boy because it was a fictionalized depiction of a real event. Despite knowing about what happened for years, there's something different about seeing it depicted on screen. It wrecked me for a while afterwards, and I stopped watching the show because how much it bothered me. It would have still bothered me if it was fiction, but probably not anywhere to the same level.
Maybe a little faster but I think they count.

I haven't, but I have pulled by shoulder lifting a mattress at a weird angle to put on a fitted sheet that caused me to hear ringing in my ears and made me feel like I was almost going to. That was maybe two weeks ago, but it stopped after I laid down for a bit.

What's become the most deadly wildfire in the United States in the past 100 years, and they still found all of the bodies. 93 people have been confirmed dead so far, but there's at least 100 people missing. They're searching with dogs through the rubble, so those numbers will probably change in the next 24 hours.

I had a couple classmates that pretended to be vampires back in elementary and middle school. They’d pretend their Koolaid was blood, complain about the sunlight, and bite their friends a lot. Not enough to draw blood, though. I haven’t kept up with most of them, but one guy is a teacher now. He seems pretty normal.
There used to be a water park in my hometown that had a bunch of slides and a wave pool. I used to go there all the time as a kid, and even went there as a senior on a trip. I went to birthday parties there, sometimes. It closed in 2020 and never reopened because they had apparently been avoiding paying bills for years. It wasn’t just the pandemic. It was visible from the freeway, so I watched it slowly being demolished over the next couple years any time I passed by. I haven’t found a water park that really compared to it yet. Most are either too small or part of a larger theme park, which is fine. It just seemed like the fact that it exclusively was a water park allowed it to focus more on the atmosphere and types of slides it had.
