when I use the computer it is always slow. I when I turn it on it is already very slow now. When I first bought it (7 years ago) it was very quick always. After a year or two I had to let it rest sometimes. I would use it for an hour or two and have to go turn it off by pressing the button on the monitor and let it slepe while I make coffee or something. It has been very bad for years now. Please help. Even after letting it rest all night it is still verry slow when I turn it back on.

my mouse is frozen and I can't move it atall. so i noticed that my hardrrive felt very hot so I unplugged it for a while but then I can't move my mouse anymore. I plugged it back in after five minutes of cooling down but it is still not working can somebody please help i cant turn it off i forgot to save my thesus in word
