i can do lots of handyperson stuff excluding plumbing or carpentry (but can learn). im not a tradesperson but do good DIY work and have plenty of tools

in contrast to this: Hello Games took their space sim that was pretty shitty and sparse on release and quietly perfected it into something worth playing over the years as well as putting all their promised features in it (No Man's Sky)
they are taking that experience and also making a co-op fantasy game that looks like Breath of the Wild with dragon/giant bird riding with a gorgeous procedural world the size of a small planet Earth

heres some ways to handle it:
most people want to do meaningful, rewarding work. the people declared "lazy" or those adverse to any and all work are most likely (1) disabled in some way or (2) have mental health issues that need resolving first. there tiny fraction of people who even in FALSAC would do nothing but stare into space all day are probably practically non-existant
you shouldn't have to face the prospect of a tortuous death just to go to be exploited.
one i typically use on chuds or conservatives that want to force everyone to work, including the tiny amount of people in the U.S. on some sort of welfare or assistance: okay now they are your co-worker and partly your responsibility now. your job is on the line if they can't do theirs (this one only works IRL and only as a way to justify some sort of state welfare programs, not socialism)

this likely applies mostly to western, dual or single income adults trying to keep afloat with no household support:

first time i've ever bought these. suggest how to do toppings i have: - refried beans - other beans (black, red, pinto) that i can cook - salsa - hot sauce - guacamole (i am a millennial after all) - one of those garden salad kits, lettuce onion etc non-vegan (vegetarian) ingredients ::: spoiler spoiler sweet cheddar, white cheddar, sour cream ___ ::: should i make a flat taco? multiple layers? bake it? i dunno

i've talked to left and right wingers in person about this and most seem to agree with this concept or contributed to it. at the vaguest level it's perceived as two groups, the neoliberals/neocons and the populists. the populists have a left (berniecrat, demsoc) and right (trumpian, nazbol-lite) wing. the neos are all the old guard repubs (mitch) and centrist/corporatecrats. at their most basic understanding of this they believe the populists are trying to help the people while the neos only care about the markets. obviously this struggle is being heavily catalyzed by the 2k checks.
