There have been concerns about how white the Arsenal team has been in recent years and our signings. Personally I think it's more by negligence and lack of proper scouting than racism, and that's an institutional problem rather than directly on the manager, but...

I mean tbh, it's pretty clear our scouting is inadequate — we've signed how many players from Sweden now?

If this Tuchel news is right — and i see no reason to doubt it — the FA have made a pretty ambitious and good decision here I feel. Hopefully it works out.
