Former Terrace Plaza Hotel lands $9.9M in funding for planned transformation

Fantastic news. I've looked at this thing for years and it being redone is a big link between Fountain Square and the Convention center. Having more retail to connect the square to the Dunnhumby building and beyond is a good thing.
