[Mutual Aid] Fundraising for Afghani troops to go fight in Ukraine

I met this guy on Reddit and he wants to volunteer for the Ukraine Foreign Legion but he said he needs $2000 in Google Play credits for a plane ticket (the sanctions are clearly working tankies) to get there. Can anyone help out?
