Lemm.ee is still broken after the update. Communities are dying because of this. How to migrate a community to another instance?

A friend and me built up a small but fine community by putting in a lot of effort over several months. However, since the update lemm.ee remains broken. Constant loading errors / error messages and worst, the not working outgoing federation causes our community to slowly die. Is there a way to migrate our community, including our subscribers to another, functional instance?
