Why do the tankies on here hate Marvel?

I have seen many instances of the tankies on here (hexbears, lemmygrad, etc.) refer to "Marvel adults". Wtf even is a "Marvel adult"? What's wrong with Marvel? Not that I give two dry fucks what tankie shitlords think about anything, I just want to "know thy enemy".
